1. On the left menu of Dashboard go to Appearance>>Customize
2. In the customizer select "Theme Options"
3. Go to Homepage tab
4. Scroll down to the Homepage Sidebar selection. By default it is set to None, you can select to display quoter in content rows or in the main content of the homepage.
