For landing page images, you want an image that is justified left since the quote form is on the right. Another best practice (for conversions) is to have the people in the image looking toward the quote form or appearing to be moving toward it.
A nice effect we've found is to fade the image on the top so it appears there's a nice transition from your landing page content into the image.
Remember you can control how high or low the image appears on your landing page. Go to Appearance>Customize>Theme Options>Landing Page. Toggle the "Background Vertical Position" to get it just right.
