In your email, you'll have a license key. 
Copy your license key.
Head over to your Wordpress backend. Click "Appearance" of the left, then "Theme Activation".
Paste the license key under "License" and enter your domain name. Then click "Activate".

If you purchased multiple licenses, your license key is enabled to work on as many sites as you purchased (forever!).
